Abstract

|
A 50 year old male whose skin of the penis and scrotal coverings were totally avulsed in addition to the complete perineal tear by the rolling veit of a running mill machine, wa treated successfully by thick, free split-thickness skin graft and transplantation of the both testes into the subcutaneous space in the inner surface of each thigh. Nine months after the repair, the patient had normal sexual life and nearly normal spermatogenesis.
